In-home Massage

Certified since 2017 and serving the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. My massage is a unique blend of sports, swedish, thai massage and yoga instruction. Clients remain in their home, are fully clothed and comfortable while on a mat. I guide individuals through a blended thai style massage that includes classic swedish spa and sports techniques. This is an experience that improves flexibility, mobility, strength, and relieves pain. I like to get to know my clients through discussion and build a trusting relationship. Custom made essential oils like lavender and rosemary may be used for added relaxation. Multiple payment forms accepted.

Reiki Energy Healing + Tarot Guidance

Reiki is an energy healing technique with benefits such as calming anxiety, encouraging a better quality of sleep, and reducing overall stress. These sessions are meant to promote your sense of inner peace by cultivating a loving, energetic container. Sessions can include guided meditation, aromatherapy, sound healing with singing bowls, and will end with an intuitive tarot reading. Available local in the MSP/St.Paul Metro or virtually.

Grief and Mediumship Reading

Connect with your spiritual support network! In this service I use the tarot as a bridge to intuitively connect with the spirit of your ancestors, friends, and pets who have gone beyond.
In this 60-90 minute virtual session we meditate to clear and protect, then call in who we wish to communicate with. Generally this time frame allows for two to three spirits. We then discuss our findings in the tarot. This service is a way to process grief, find closure, and open up pathways for continuing our eternal connection to our loved ones.
