Thank you for being here and taking a moment of your day to get to know me and how I can be of help to you. I am an ever curious soul with a love for building and maintaining connections.

My professional and educational journey is dynamic. I came to practice yoga and meditation in my early twenties when I needed space to heal and work on my mental health. I was so impacted by the practice that I pursued yoga teacher training. Because I had a desire to work with people one-on-one and have a more in-depth study of anatomy and physiology, I became a certified massage therapist. I have since trained and worked in many settings and modalities including: chiropractic care, prenatal massage, full-spectrum doula, hospice massage, reiki energy healing, and thai massage.

My educational journey is never ending. I have tasted and prepared many different flavors of healing along my lifelong hike -- and I expect I will continue to indulge in more.

The last few years of my practice I have delved into profound relationship to spirit and soul. This has come from a profound need for meaning and belonging in my life, the experience of witnessing death and birth in my professional roles, and a need to release myself from skepticism and trust the universe and myself! My childhood upbringing was also incredibly difficult, to say the least. Ancestral healing and psychic development has carved a profound path of forgiveness I never would have expected in my life.
I have taken on the identity of a modern green witch. I have studied and completed mentorship programs in astrology, tarot and psychic mediumship. I have built and continue to maintain relationships with spirit guides, practice ancestral healing, and develop my intuition. I have trust in the universe and I hope to share that with you, so that you may also foster a love for spirit.
