Frequently asked questions:
Massage:
How do I dress for my massage?
Massages are done with the client fully clothed. Please wear lose fit clothing that is flexible. Think of clothing that you would do yoga in, sweat pants, leggings, tank top, t-shirt, all good options.
Where do you offer massage services?
I am currently only offering massages in the home of the client. Some people, with permission, invite a friend and they have back-to-back massages in their home. My massage mat is roughly the size of a full sized bed. I have been able to offer my massages in studio apartments and single family homes.
What are your prices and payment options?
I offer 60 and 90 minute massages. As of September 2025 my rates are $100 for 60 minutes and $120 for 90 minutes. I accept HSA cards, credit/debit cards, venmo, and cash. A tip is not required but if you like you may leave a tip.
Mediumship:
What can I expect from a mediumship reading?
Prior to your scheduled reading I will send you some questions to think over. They are questions like "what advice do you have for me?" and "how can I connect with you?" or "what was dying like?" You will pick from the list of questions. If you have your own questions you may share them with me ahead of time I can make sure they are appropriately phrased for the tarot.
At the start of our meeting will will check in and I will guide you through a cleansing and protecting meditation. We will then ask your questions to the spirit and interpret the answers with the tarot. I generally draw 1-3 cards per question. Clients may chose 1-2 spirits that we will call in by name. They may be deceased loved ones or pets. The session is a sacred and healing space to process grief and validate the existence of our loved ones even as they have gone beyond the veil.
I will send follow up after out meeting to provide resources should you want to explore and develop your connection to spirit further.
What are the benefits of a mediumship reading?
The benefits of a mediumship reading is that you leave having processed even a small part of your grief. It is of utmost importance to me that I am a safe and compassionate container for you during this experience. My hope is that you walk away with confidence that even though your loved one is no longer in an embodied form of flesh and blood, they are still there with you. Our 21st century lifestyle has strayed us far from connection to spirit. When we know that we have friends in high places, we cultivate a holistic sense of belonging that is profound, and shifts our perspective from mundane day to day meaning to seeing a bigger picture.
What is appropriate conduct in a mediumship reading?
It is best that you come to a mediumship reading with intentions of peace, acceptance, and understanding. It is also important to be discerning. The last century has seen rapid advancement of industries and social norms have been broken and completely reconstructed. Many of us have strained relationships with our loved ones and ancestors, due to generational trauma patterns and a larger societal shift in what is acceptable. While these spirits that we may have strained relationships with are not inappropriate options to want to question and have discussion with, discernment must be had in the advice we sometimes receive and the impulsive urges we may have to unload our pain onto our deceased family. Much happens in our lives that is out of our control, ultimately our own healing is for us to be accountable to.
Please come with the intention to create healthy relationships and foster radical acceptance should there be disagreements or differences. I reserve the right to stop the session if I feel conduct and behavior is becoming inappropriate.
Where do you do mediumship readings?
I am available to meet with you in your home if you are located in the metro area of Minneapolis/St. Paul and I am available for a virtual video meeting for those who are further away.
